1. According to the law, a warranty period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods is provided for all products purchased by consumers.
2. Before first use, the buyer is obliged to read the warranty conditions, including the instructions for proper care and
maintenance of the goods, and then follow this information carefully.
Otherwise, they risk damaging the goods through improper use and may not be able to claim the resulting defect under their
rights arising from liability for defects.
3. The buyer has the right to claim the warranty:
- if the goods have a substantial defect,
- if the item cannot be properly used due to repeated occurrence of a defect or defects after repair,
- in the case of a larger number of defects.

5. The complaint, including the removal of the defect, will be resolved and the buyer must be informed no later than 30 days
from the date the complaint is submitted.
6. If a defect appears within the first 6 months from the receipt of the goods, it is considered a defect that already existed at the time of receipt,
unless proven otherwise or unless it contradicts the nature of the item. The buyer is then entitled to remediation, specifically through:
- free repair to bring the goods into conformity with the contract,
- an appropriate reduction of the purchase price,
- replacement with new goods,
- withdrawal from the contract.
7. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper or violent handling of the products.
The seller does not assume responsibility for damage caused by normal use or in cases where the defect was caused
by the buyer through improper use, storage, maintenance, improper intervention, mechanical damage, or damage caused by external events.
If this follows from the nature of the goods (usual lifespan), a shorter lifespan of the product cannot be considered a
defect and therefore cannot be claimed.
